if becomes ifsounds today!!!
We’re starting a brand new project that will evolve the if project and will propose new sounds.
Two new musicians joined ifsounds project to make it bigger with their art.
Elena Ricci is ifsounds’ new voice: she’s already worked with us in the album if and she was if’s lead vocalist in the brief unplugged “Insieme per Peppe” (Termoli, Italy, 2006).
Enzo Bellocchio is ifsounds‘ new drummer: he’s a skilled drummer, trained in CPM, the Franco Mussida’s (the legendary PFM’s axeman) music school. He’s excellent in jazz and fusion grooves.
We’ll start very soon to work on our next album (we hope we’ll release it by 2010) and we wish that it will succeed among music lovers all over the world as “Morpho Nestira” did: of course Elena and Enzo will provide new colours to ifsounds‘ music and it’s great to start this new adventure with them.
To celebrate this event we’re proud to release today the video Midsummer Raving directed by Hox Vox. It’s our way to introduce Elena and Enzo to ifsounds‘ friends.
But today we want to say “thank you” to Paolo De Santis and Luca Di Pardo who left the project: we couldn’t do what we did these years without their great contribution.
We hope we’ll work together again soon!
