Gianni Vincenzi is a music therapist in Termoli (Italy) who observes the strange behaviour of four autistic boys who have gathered around a window shaking their arms and heads and repeating, “The Red Apple will cross this window soon.” One of the nurses films them with a mobile phone and uploads the video to the WebTube site...
Last night I had the luck to listen to an extraordinary gig here in Arenys de Munt.
It was classic jazz, a bunch of great standards played by three fantastic musicians from Catalonia.
Two of them are legends of the local jazz scene: Joan Chamorro on double-bass and saxophone and Josep Traver on guitar and banjo.
But the star of the night was the 16-years-old sensation Andrea Motis on vocals, trumpet and saxophone.
Andrea Motis has an extraordinary talent, a silky voice and an enormous skill on the brasses… a star is born! Bravissima Andrea!!!
P.S. On the stage we could see Andrea’s younger sister Carla on guitar and ukulele too. Very skilled young musician from a over-talented family!
We have now reached number 10 in the Progstravaganza series of compilations. And being that it is a jubilee edition, we decided to do something totally different. First of all, this compilation is uploaded to Prog Sphere’s Bandcamp profile, which means that you can get it in high-quality audio.
ifsounds are proud to be featured in this compilation with the song Morpho Nestira (Part 2).
