Prolusion. The prehistory of Italian outfit IF goes back to the ‘90s, when five friends and musicians played together in a band performing cover tunes and some self-produced material. Four of them hooked up again in 2004 and with the addition of a new vocalist If was born, or perhaps reborn might be a better word. 2008 saw the band issuing their fourth full length production, “Morpho Nestira”, following 2 years after their previous album “The Stairway”. Italian IF are relatively known act not only on domestic field, even that all things they did ( and still do ) with own forces. They were formed back in 1993 year, and released 4 albums till now. Actuelle one is “Morpho Nestira” , and judging by net informations, they did quite a god job in promotional activities and so call media marketing. We uploaded it on ReverbNation and created a TunePak with the whole CD ready to stream… no samples, that’s the entire album and you can stream it everywhere and every time you want.
We discovered many sites that made it available for free (illegal) download and there are thousands of people who downloaded it… we don’t mind, it’s great spreading our music all around the world and we decided to make it available for free legally.
